Sistemas baseados no Ego precisam ser substituidos por ação colaborativa, baseada em sabedoria coletiva

Dear Academy Friend,

Firstly, let me wish you and your family all the best for 2011.  

As the new year begins, it is clear that the challenges we face - competitive, economic, environmental or interpersonal - are of such complexity that all ego-based systems must be replaced by collaborative action, based on collective wisdom. This is the theme for Oxford Leadership Academy this year, and I hope it will inspire you to join us in working together to transform business for good.
